Hollywood Art and Movie Awards

~ HOLLYWOOD ART & MOVIE AWARDS ~

The Paris Art and Movie Awards created the Hollywood Art and Movie Awards in 2017, in order to keep building an international network profiting independent filmmakers.

The HAMA was once again voted “Best Reviewed” festival on the platform FilmFreeway in August/September 2021.

The first edition of the HAMA took place in January 2018 at the French Alliance of Pasadena, as well as in the Aurora Theater in Long Beach, and at the Colorado Studio in Los Angeles.

The second edition took place in January 2019, in North Hollywood.

The third edition took place in Santa Monica, in January 2020.

The 4th edition was hybrid in Santa Monica and online on Xerb.

The 5th anniversary edition in 2021 was the biggest to date.

The 6th edition is accepting entries en FilmFreeway now!

The Hollywood Art and Movie Awards is the best exemple of the new generation festival in Los Angeles working every day to make a difference and keep a real purpose, as a festival serving filmmakers.

With thousands of festivals on many platforms, as a filmmaker today you are looking for the few events that will really bring you something that others don’t.
Our mission at the HAMA is to go further than giving you an award.

➫ GOALS
Both festival act as brother-events, with effective connexions that will allow filmmakers from Los Angeles to enjoy a safe festival event in Paris, and filmmakers from Paris to make the jump to the City of Angels with their film.
Each festival has its own programming team and its own Judges, operating as a stepping stone to one another.

You can submit to the 6th Hollywood Art and Movie Awards on FilmFreeway.
