Acteur culturel reconnu de la scène cinématographique parisienne, le Paris Movie Awards s’est imposé au fil des années comme une plateforme dédiée aux cinéastes indépendants et émergents, offrant à Paris un espace de rencontre entre talents internationaux, professionnels de l’industrie et nouveaux regards du cinéma.

Par le passé, les membres du jury ont inclus Mónica Cruz, Mark Dacascos et Mélanie Doutey.

Le festival a également accueilli des invités tels que Sharon Stone, William Baldwin, Alex Proyas et Samuel Arnold, perpétuant une tradition de rencontre entre artistes confirmés et nouvelles voix du cinéma, indépendamment du niveau de reconnaissance ou de l’étape de carrière.

Le travail de fond du PAMA s’est également traduit par une reconnaissance du rôle du festival sur la scène culturelle par les médias et au sein de l’industrie. Le festival a notamment été présenté comme The #1 Film Festival in Paris, France par FOX 35 Orlando et a été chroniqué sur les chaînes américaines FOX, CBS et NBC.

Après quinze années à construire des passerelles entre les scènes cinématographiques de Paris et de Los Angeles, le festival ouvre aujourd’hui un nouveau chapitre. À partir de 2026, des événements seront organisés simultanément dans les deux villes, offrant aux artistes indépendants une visibilité accrue sur deux continents, au cœur de deux des grandes capitales mondiales du cinéma.

The Paris Art and Movie Awards (PAMA) presents a selection of high-end films from all over the world in high-end venues all over Paris. We are looking for films creating emotions, made by passionate filmmakers. 

A recognized cultural actor on the Paris film scene, the Paris Movie Awards has established itself over the years as a platform dedicated to independent and emerging filmmakers, offering Paris a meeting point for international talent, industry professionals, and new cinematic voices.

In past editions, jury members have included Mónica Cruz, Mark Dacascos, and Mélanie Doutey.

The festival has also welcomed guests such as Sharon Stone, William Baldwin, Alex Proyas, and Samuel Arnold, continuing a tradition of bringing together established artists and new voices in cinema, regardless of their level of recognition or stage in their careers.

PAMA’s long-term work has also resulted in recognition of the festival’s cultural role by both the media and the industry. The festival has notably been presented as The #1 Film Festival in Paris, France by FOX 35 Orlando, and has been featured on the American networks FOX, CBS, and NBC.

After fifteen years of building bridges between the film communities of Paris and Los Angeles, the festival is now opening a new chapter. Starting in 2026, events will be organized simultaneously in both cities, offering independent artists increased visibility across two continents and within two of the world’s major film capitals.

Films we selected and screened ended up winning Oscars and more:

  • Game Changer won an OSCAR, his director Aviv Mano then worked on Disney’s COCO and TOY STORY 4 (2018),
  • The Wishgranter, won an OSCAR, an EMMY AWARD, and a BAFTA (2016),
  • Curpigeon got selected to TRIBECA, won the AMAZON VIDEO DIRECT Film Festival Stars (2016),
  • Sgt Stubby, an unlikely hero, got a distribution deal at PARAMOUNT (2018),
  • Mystery Skulls – Endlessly has over 1.3M views on YouTube (2018)…
